Didn't know about rough sleepers, was used by dog walkers mostly. I used to wander there as a student. if bmx compatible that would be my preference. Quite good off an on road cycling in almond vale country park. Cities tend not to have many mountains, sugar loaf in Rio? We are lucky in Edinburgh with the various hills. Unless HS has a specific waiver).
