<description>&#60;p&#62;Now I've started paying attention, I see quite a few cyclists stopping before a junction despite having a green light, waiting for the light to go red then running it. Quite often they are turning right, but not always.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Interesting isn't it? Are they trading off a bit of legal compliance for what they perceive as a big safety boost? Are they tired and just want a rest before getting ahead?
