It's certainly something that will speed things up a bit.</p> <p>I'd never heard of bbPress before using this site, tbh. The one I used to use was phpBB, but anyone using it these days is subjected to constant spam, as people from a particular part of the world have staff who manually sign up for accounts and post spam messages, therefore it's next to impossible to combat it in any kind of automated way. From a quick look at bbPress, it uses Akismet, I don't know how well that fares against manual spammers, but maybe these spammers only bother going for phpBB sites for some reason.</p> <p>Anyway, thanks for the responses, it seems there's no current way of doing it, but maybe something will crop up in the future. Many, *many* years ago I used to run the web site for an SFL club and we had a forum where you could do this. It was a very useful utility as it meant people didn't have to remember where they had previously read up to, and they saved time by just jumping straight to the latest unread posts with zero hassle. I believe this CCE forum is the Wordpress bbForum, and Wordpress journals are pretty awesome, so figured (a) it must be possible, and therefore (b) I'm totally failing to see how to do it.</p> <p>Does anyone know if this is possible? I tried to use the "favourites" feature to do it, but alas, I don't think that's it. </p>
