Woman and schoolchild sitting on bench in bus stop in pouring rain talking to two polis, car badly "parked" on road with shattered front numberplate, bike leaning unlocked against a tree next to polis, and ambulance parked up with rear door closed and all lights flashing. St Leonards, just north of Homebase. Bike looked grey and black but I couldn't see clearly. </p>
