West Bowling Green Street was approved, however. Will be interesting to see the new cycle/shared use paths...

This made me laugh:

"Cllr @SandyHowatSNP refers to the design as soviet and wonders if Barratt are forcing families into the suburbs.

"Status Pending Decision" according to the planning site, but decision made on 30 May?

SRD has an inside track on this?

Barratt is the developer, it seems.

As currently proposed:

Search on the council website: 12/04041/FUL

Seems to have a large amount of cycle provision in the ground floor of each building, but I've not counted how many bikes per flat. It doesn't seem to integrate with either of the neighbouring developments (Dickson/Allanfield) and I'll feed back to that effect. I _hate_ the bubble/isolationist effect fences create between neighbouring communities.
