<description>&#60;p&#62;The bit of NEPN south of the red metal bridge has a couple of big blocks of ice where there the puddles usually are. The permanent leak just south of the Telford underpass is similarly solidified. The wee back road between Chancelot Mill and Ocean Terminal also icily-bepuddled.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Noticed a wet/slick patch on road at immediate risk of freezing as you turn from Colinton rd onto Merchiston Ave (ie nr Starbucks).  Tricky spot, because cyclists likely to be focussed on on coming traffic. if you go this way, watch out.
