<description>&#60;p&#62;If you've seen the standard of road use by people in Dublin, you'd wonder how anyone gets out of there alive! My most recent visit was at the beginning of November and my girlfriend and I both agreed we'd never seen so many pedestrians, cyclist and motorists flouting the law and ignoring &#34;common&#34; sense (an oxymoron if ever there was one).&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;With or without engines, people were going through red lights, running across busy road, parking where it was prohibited... it was a miracle that we didn't see anyone hospitalised over that weekend.
