One small problem with three wheelers is the fact they won't go through doorways. So they really are a vehicle that has to stay outdoors. That said most Urban Arrows we've sold seem to live outdoors.</p> <p>Cost though is high. Quoted at £4450 inc VAT. Add another £1k for electric assist. You are paying for a customised something made in England though. I've found it easiest if we have a pannier each so where would the 3rd pannier go?</p> <p>I also wonder about the weight distribution when riding solo. If I go up a small kerb on the Helios solo the back wheel can bounce in the air and your pedalling becomes very easy, which can catch you out.
