I've no idea where the diversions go now

Me neither. Except that I was vaguely aware that Palmerston Place was now closed and Manor Place was open. After work yesterday I wanted to have a look at the expansion of Haymarket station, and didn't want to use Princes St to get there. Look at the stupid jiggery pokery I ended up doing! And between Eglinton Crescent and Rosebery Crescent, plus the no right turn out of Grosvenor Crescent, I had to walk my bike because I couldn't work out how else to get from A to B.

The geographical ridge from Donaldson's towards George St makes it bloody hard work on a bike when you're being continually shunted around diversions.

Edit: Also be aware that the tram rails are now in place at Atholl Place, but are mostly crossable at a sensible angle.

Aye, just been out and it's a wee bit wet and blustery, but nothing we haven't seen before. Maybe worse elsewhere?

My neighbour rang our bell this morning to tell me that our car was sitting on the driveway with all the windows fully open!

Stupid car. Fortunately it hadn't been raining too much.

Was a bit wet, and a bit blowy on the way in, but nothing too major. The main annoyance was having to dismount and walk through Haymarket in cleats to get to Torphichen St.

I've no idea where the diversions go now, I somehow ended up at Frasers the other day, and having to dismount and walk over to Lothian Rd.

I got a smidgin wet when cycling around the Drum Brae around 19:30. By 19:35, it had stopped raining. I suspect I'll survive.
