Obviously I cant be with him ALL the time, and he announced that if his friends wernt up for it then he would continue his cycling and his kayaking on his own ! Perhaps the physio and other excersises obviously kept me ticking along !Brakes all still worked, chain wasnt leaping about,and the gewars changed ! I had spent some time cleaning though . Varied short route, off road and on, hills and canal.Big potholes need a bit of care if am out of the saddle and on the pedals ! SORE ! Ive beeen about the street to make sure i dont actually fall off, but its a big (and heavilly anticipated step !) for me.
