Include details such as 'my Mum's not happy about having him mind the house, but I feel he needs and wants a fresh start, and after all, it was multiple murder he was in for, not theft, and we don't even own a chainsaw' or 'it actually works out fine for both of us - my flat is closer to his sensei's secret ninja dojo anyway' </p>
