Every cyclist I've spoken to about training has said a mix of longer lower intensity rides interspersed by harder high intensity training.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Oh well at least now we KNOW it works with science (only joking I appreciate the fact that they're investigating these things!)
