He was parked up and being refilled from a transit flatbed.</p> <p>I then happened to look north at the new flats being built off Crewe Rd North, I was sheffield Stands going in outside the flat blocks. Only 4 - 5 from the looks of it but at least the builder has put them in. Are they forced to do this as part of planning applications now? I'm sure an underground/ground level secure room would have been prefered though? Also noticed that parking looks sparce! Minor roads were covered. Woke up to a snowy Fife and thought, "today's the day for spikes" so I loaded the spikey tractor onto the car and became increasingly dismayed as I got closer to Barnton and saw clear paths and, well, everything. Not a bit of snow or ice. All my imaginings of smugly sailing along on spikey wide tyres replaced by a grunt and slog along the pat. Kept me warm though. </p>
