What with different potential contributors apparently refusing to talk to each other and doubt cast over the EU funding as its technically not a lifeline connection to a remote inhabited location, I'd say it will sink in the Forth like a few other <a href="http://www2.jpscotland.co.uk/EN/en10wreck.PDF">craft...</a>.
