The shopkeeper was pleasant and apologetic but basically said we just had to look the other way because if the driver had to park down Grange Loan there were a few bins and he'd be further away (and some roads don't have cycle lanes anyway).</p> <p>I have seen a warden moving these guys on once, but it obviously does little good. I'm guessing even if they were ticketed that £30 is just part of the costs of doing business.</p> <p>Any ideas? I am sometimes concerned that myself or another rider might slam into the back of the lorry and need to sue them for huge amounts of compensation, but that's only going to happen if someone does get injured (a morbid hope, and not one I really want if truth be told). </p>
