I've had great service (no pun intended) from the bike chain in the past and as a result I've kept going back to them. Was always a friendly atmosphere and felt I was getting an honest opinion about stuff. No mention of EBCness. There is a north south divide perchance that gives them an angle. The site is also split like Warrender with two spaces separated by the bottle shop.
