And they've recently installed quite a few large new fixed bins. At more recent meeting it became clear that some claims made about what is legal and what is not were somewhat misleading. </p> <p>it might be worth having a proper discussion of it at CC, including perspectives from council officials, and police, rather than kneejerk responses.
