When I move to Edinburgh I took my bile aong to St Leonards where the PC behind the counter just stared back at me like I was mad when I asked them to Stamp my bike.</p> <p>Perhaps an RFID chip scheme like those you inject into pets might help. With each bike the unique RFID's number could be registered to the owner?
