Nice new bit of tarmac. I can't think what was there before... I assume the same rough surface as remains in the rest of the car parking area. So I guess you do actually have a smooth run through between the two roads, although with a nice metal slalom (visible in photo 3 above).</p> <p>I've messed the naming up slightly - photos 1 and 3 were taken from the same spot looking in opposite directions, and photo 2 is a reverse of photo 1. Looks good, shame I don't work there no more.</p> <p>Less progress on ravelrig hill which has had lovely Tarmac put down at the top but nothing further down where it is needed at bottom of hill on the bends. The weather has been bad but Tarmac is being laid on the Lanark road west.
