The wooden cargo trike defeated me with any load in it, though others seemed to manage with three kids in front. It steered very poorly though.</p> <p>Spent hours there as there was so much for my young lad to see and do all over the building. The tall bikes defeated me and I didn't even think about trying the reverse one.</p> <p>The blue one above rides nicely but is pretty solid, presumably since thicker metal is easier to weld. Andy was showing off his next, thinner gauged production.</p> <p>Well worth two and half quid: first time I'd ridden a bike made in Edinburgh, and first time I'd drunk a cup of coffee I'd boiled myself. That isn't to say I'm the landed gentry with a butler to do that for me, or that I'm not trusted with a kettle and have adult help to save me from myself.
