The project is five years behind schedule etc. the guy on the R4 arts prog was moaning about being run into by bikes coz he didn't look where he was going. He then allowed himself to be hijacked by an attractive voiced woman who fought a campaign to allow cyclists to cycle through the new museum as they could do with the old one. This seemed to involve going lower below sea level, divers, linking two atriums etc but the radio show had much tinkling of bells.
