Therefore, it's no surprise that it's been less wet than the previous few months, since that's normal. Also, up to December, the amount of water falling from the sky during the previous 9 months was exceptional.</p> <p>However, during January and February, I recall many times when it was raining, mainly on my way home rather than in the morning. Not huge downpours like 2012, but it was definitely raining. The mammoth puddle on the NEPN at Granton Road is proof of the amount of rain continuing to fall.
