Listed Building and Planning consents have been granted for the redevelopment of 35-37 Queen Street, Edinburgh.
We are working closely with developer Yellowstone DM Ltd and contractor Marshalls Property on the project which involves the conversion of existing office space into 10 new dwellings over 5 floors of the Grade A listed building. An existing courtyard is being reinstated at basement level to the rear, while an unsympathetic late 20th century extension to the rear is being demolished to create additional outdoor amenity.
