Seriously I am updating my page and I can see the thread I just posted...
I have tested IE and firefox on my work PC
I have tested Opera on phone
can't PM people either - says I am not logged in
when I created this account I can't see my created thread
also I see posts made by spytfyre when I am logged in as spytfyre but apparently others don't and it doesn't update the freshness or last poster column (which is what first brought my attention to the problem)

Actually, in all seriously I saw the post title and thoguht you'd come off and hurt yourself, so I guess some forum trouble doesn't seem too bad.
Very very odd though (and not being an IT bod at all I haven't a clue, unless it's possible to switch the forum off and back on again).
Sorry you have had a problem. For some reason the spam filter took exception to you today.
It sometimes happens if there are a lot of URLs in a post (which is something spammers often do). BUT your posts didn't - so it's just random.
Once a user is 'caught' future post tend to get stopped too. You managed to register and post OK so that's good.
You should be able to post as spytfyre again/as well.

That's so that spammers (if they monitor such things) think they are getting through, so don't keep registering.

Bizarrely, just now I clicked on 'login' - it already had my details, and it said 'login failed try again'. but when I did 'try again' (still with auto details) it was fine...

I have just unspammed all the 'caught' posts. So now there will be duplicates in various places.
This may have sorted the problem.
As I said the other day the spam catcher sometimes catches posts with several URLs (often found in 'real' spam). This was not the case with spytfyre - so it's an unknown random unknown!
ADMIN NOTE - this has been removed from the random spam tin.
