Was riding home last night around 6.15pm and passed a rider lying on the ground opposite the junction of Oxford Terrace (heading West) just after Dean Bridge. Few people tending to him but he was lying stretched out face down with a blanket over him, didn't look good! A car was stopped with it's hazards on at the same place althogh unclear whether he'd just stopped to help or was involved (wouldnt want to speculate).
