Something strange appears to be happening with the Edinburgh planning portal. Using the "Applications vailidated in this week..." feature, I'm finding new apps being added to on old lists. The Grove 2 development wasn't on the 16 Feb report last week, but is now.
Although there's been much talk about the Royal High development, Calton Hill, no application has been submitted at the moment
