We are conducting a study in Sheffield into issues relating to cycle accidents on tram tracks (this is not related to any legal investigations – it is about trying to understand the problems better, and investigating possible improvements).
As part of this, I would be very interested to see any videos that your members may have of incidents that have occurred – particularly if this is by an observer at the side of the road, rather than the cyclist’s own helmet video.
I have seen a couple of videos by chdot at Haymarket, Edinburgh, (on YouTube), but if you could put out a notice on your forum requesting people to contact me if they have any video recordings of cycle accidents, that would be very helpful. If they are fairly high resolution that would be even better.
