Don't leave it too late to order yours & guarantee we'll have your size.

All profits from the T's go towards the cost of putting on the event - Flyers, flags & speaker hire (bigger this year to make sure people can hear)

I wouldn't mind a PoP baby grow, would that be do-able?

@baldcyclist I'm afraid not. The screen printing size means that 3-4 Tshirt is the smallest we go down to. They would grow into it though ;)

Is it too late to put an order in?

@Earthowned. Still time. Will probably close off Wed/Thursday so I can put aside the preorders and not get confused with on the day sales.

    Thank @Earthowned - got it.

I'll be closing down the preorder form soon so I can sort everything out. If you still want a Tshirt please use the form. They will be available on the day but once they are gone they are gone.

If you can't make Saturday then they can be posted out for £2 for P&P.

I'm also looking for a helper to help me sell them in the Meadows on Saturday. Can be combined with a feeder ride as expect the rush will be nearer to noon. Any offers please PM me.

Thanks for all the support with buying Tshirts. It really does help us with covering the cost of the day (flyers, flags, PA system etc.) The preordering gives us an idea of the quantities needed and the allows us to sleep a little easier that we won't be left with hundreds of them.

I'm going to close the preordering tomorrow lunchtime as we are sorting them all out tomorrow night.

If you can't make it on Saturday (firstly why not & how many friends are you sending in your place? ), then I can post out to you for an additional £2 per shirt.

If you are leading a feeder ride or helping with one and would like to be wearing your PoP TShirt whilst doing it to look more official, we can try to get it to you in advance - please DM me your real name / email and I'll see what we can do.

I will be selling the remaining stock on the day but once they've gone they've gone and I've already run out of some sizes...

HankChief, can I ask for the Tshirt to be posted out if I've already filled out/submitted the form?

    Thanks!

@Mogwai1375: Sure. Just PM me your real name and address and I'll be in contact for payment.

I'm going to send out a email to all those that have ordered reminding them where I'll be standing for them to collect and that if they now can't make it on the day then if they let me know I can post it out (subject to payment & £2 p+p of course).

In previous years we have sold uncollected & unnotified T's at the end of the ride. Possibly a bit harsh but saved us from having lots of chasing round to do after the event.

    Thanks Biketrain.

That's the ordering now closed so I can sort them all out ready for Saturday - my biggest fear is not fufilling the preorders due to selling them off by mistake..

I've still got some to sell on the day so come and find me if you are interested - on grass on left hand side near the front of the queue. Come early if you want to avoid disappointment.

Same place for those picking up.

Big wingpiglet pleased with his, though he didn't want to wear it for the ride.

Does anyone remember the Dunedin Tunnels Trails Trust TeeSpring campaign? I rarely wear cotton T-shirts T-shirts these days but would happily wear a date-non-specific PoP-URL-emblazoned proper sweat-capable T-shirt all year round, if you were to produce such a thing.

MRSRD has been agitating for a POP cycling jersey.

I think we should do a 'honk if you support POPScotland' jersey

So, we have a few adult Tshirts left. I'll know final numbers later as I've given until tonight for the preorders to pay up or forfeit them, but it looks likely that most sizes will initially be available (inc lots of small unisex Tshirts)

To try to manage the limited stock numbers in an orderly manner I was planning to put them on twitter at 7am and then take 1st come 1st served. That way people can see from the thread what has gone already without me having to respond straight away.

Anyone interested head over to my twitter account in the morning

    @hank_chief

Depending on how successful that is I may open up directly to Facebook & CCE routes but for my sanity I'm going to try just one route initially.

@srd on the jersey front I like cycle jersey.com based in Falkirk. BUt in the end we went for wow custom.co.uk for our fietsclub in Balerno. Our lion of Flanders and lion rampant insignia, sponsors logos and each member's surname on their jersey in case of mix up etc all for I think twenty five quid. This forum has several good designers but would need a banker/organiser. I would be interested in one but confess not in the chore of organising it.

if there was interest, and a design, and if the pop high hiedyins approved, I could probably be convinced to co-ordinate. But I suspect they might feel that lycra jackets, no matter how snazzy, were not Pop-appropriate.

@SRD you got one of the DTTT shirts, didn't you? T-shirty and non-cyclecut but less soggy than cotton.

I did a sportive last year where you could individually order pieces of kit in their design from Champion System. Costs weren't outrageous.

Not sure what the combined minimum order size would have been, but would definitely cut down on the admin.

I don't think selling cycle jerseys would be sending the right message on POP day itself, but having people cycling year round with a POP jersey on would be great publicity. We probably wouldn't sell as many as we do the t-shirts, but as a way of allowing our core supporters to show their support, I think they would be grand. And of course, if they wanted to wear them to POP that would be cool too. Logisitically it's a much bigger pain in the neck if we're not selling them on a single day, but we've already started to go down the Paypal & posting out route ...

Now if someone were to do some nice merino POP shirts (or POP socks) I might even be tempted...

And we did talk about a pop cap for the very first POP...
