Apologies for the late notice - I have only just heard about this.
Commemorative Bike Ride for Andy Hunter
(cycle tour guide, storyteller and founder of 'Storybikes'.)
This event will take place on Saturday 15 August.
The meeting point is the north end of Middle Meadow Walk
(by Lauriston Place) at 10.30am. returning to same point at approx. 3.30pm.
There will be a choice of routes.
short; 10 - 12miles, mainly bike paths and quiet roads
longer; 20 - 22 miles, short stretches of main roads.
Both groups will head to Musselburgh for a picnic lunch.
(please bring your own food).
This is a free event, with no need to book in advance,
just turn up on the day. Please make sure your bike is in good working order
and that you have an inner tube in case of a puncture.
All who knew Andy are invited to come along for a bike ride, story and picnic
in his memory.
