You're a Syrian refugee who has found themselves in arctic Russia. Russia doesn't allow you to cross it's borders on foot. Norway doesn't allow drivers to carry you across as a passenger without papers.
Solution?
Buy/borrow/beg a cheap child's bike and cycle across.
Desperate times call for desperate measures, and humans are an ingenious species in these circumstances (although, the rest of the time our abilities are frankly debatable).
