not resolvedDrove in to work this morning and saw a cyclist and pedestrian standing at the overflowing pond on the London road end of the park. They were taking the traffic cones at the edge of the pond and using them to try and hit the groups of swans in the pond.
Did anyone else see this as there were lots of other cyclists about? It's been reported to the police but they'd appreciate a better description of the two men.
