It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

Services for Communities is the bit of the council that 'does stuff' - from running libraries to filling in potholes.
I assume this is about being nice to "customers" - us which is obviously a good thing.
This is also the department (I believe) that decides whether or not to repaint red boxes and grit cycle paths.
Not saying we want less helpful staff, but a look at actual policies and practices might be beneficial.
