Nearly 600 cyclists fined under new penalty regime (Ireland)

    It made me smile that the article turns on the law-enforcers - blocking cycle lanes to get their breakfast rolls. I know I've seen one or two grumbles about cycling articles in the Irish Times on CCE but really they do seem to have a pro-cycling bias - the sheer number of articles about utility-cycling in recent months is remarkable.
