Mr Burrows was hoping to get up to Edinburgh for a Festival of Cycling fringe event. However he came off his ultra low and quick Ratracer on a diesel spill and has broken his leg (hip he said).
Sure everyone wishes him a good recovery. He's even older than me and cycles every day. Still faster on a race track than many. When he's not doing that he's at his workshop in Norwich innovating.
For those who don't know who he is and why he is significant I'll let chdot elaborate.

Mike Burrows and some diesel met on Sunday and they had an argument ,
The diesel won and now Mike is in hospital with a broken leg.
