    The City of Edinburgh Council hereby give notice under Chapter 27 Part II of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, that for the reason set out in Section 14 (1) & (3) of that act and in the interests of public safety and to facilitate a car rally no person shall:
    Drive or permit to be driven any vehicle on any of the carriageway lengths listed below between the times and dates stated below:-

    lengths of carriageway listed below between the times and dates stated below:-

    Include suspension of permit parking bays, pay and display parking bays, disabled bays motorcycle bays and bus stop along the south kerb and in the centre reservation Friday 10th June 2016
