I have massive eyebolt screwed into the based on the shed with a long thick cable running through it and then through the frames, secured with a very fat padlock. I've also an internal shed alarm which scares the pants off me if I forget to disarm it and a wireless doorbell that goes off in the house if someone is moving about the shed. Short of employing someone to stand guard, I think I've done a fine job if keeping the steeds secure.
