Given the success of the last two month's non PY coffee meet ups, should we try the same again on Friday 26th August?

Bring an umbrella? Raindrops on the canal are always pleasant to be beside.

I am happy to go with the canal boat cafe if dry. If raining back to PY?

Perhaps we should check the weather next Wednesday and make the call then?

I should be there if I don't forget! Back to my usual time.
Current forecast does not include rain - are we going to go for the barge?

Hope the weather is anything like it is this morning. Deckchairs all round.

OK. Lets go for the barge. I should be there around 8am. Then heading off to see Chris Boardman at the book fest.

Well that was a lovely morning to sit in the sun. Nice to see everyone.
(When I put my phone on to Strava my ride, the ride that I saw was DaveC's "Morning Ride for coffee"!)

Lots of people across several shifts.

Even some CCEers who didn't have time to stop.

Plus one who 'hasn't quite joined yet'.

We even managed to get another cyclist to join us after we nabbed the other free chairs from his table.

A few foot commuters who I guess normallygrab a coffee, stood for a few seconds in our queue before huffing and walking on. :-)

First time I've turned up. Was difficult to drag myself away from the sunshine to go to work.

Enjoyed that greatly. Sorry not to have ID'd Stickman.

Also sorry not to have made the 'rubbish driving' thread after I left the coffee morning to hurtle round town in a white van.

What is weather like? If clement we should go to the barge we get good turnout. If inclement heck we could even go back to PY?
