Spent too long trying to figure out what naughty words @Rosie was censoring there.

@Frenchy:- Are you accusing me of slyly violating the high standard of behaviour enforced at this venue?

    That wouldn't have been violation.

(I'm assuming anonomisation but hoo no?)

Thanks for the comments about patents, IP etc.! I've registered a design with the IPO which "protects any aspect of your design, for example both the product’s shape and decoration". This costs just £50 and has may fewer legal challenges than patents which I reckon would take me many months before I could put the product on sale and a fair amount of investment.

Thanks for the heads up about the Spokes post on Facebook, was wondering where the spike in website traffic was coming from! Have liked and shared it myself.

I've gone ahead and changed the price to a round £15, which will also enable me to offer discounts where appropriate for a tenner and still make some profit (if anyone knows anyone who'd like one then let me know and you can have it for the discounted price!). Think you're absolutely right about increasing profits before scaring off the equivalent number of customers.

I went into The Bicycle Works today to show them what I had and I'm to go back in another day when one of the other business partners is working.

Had a random email in to info@ asking about this - but it looks like Craig never sold enough to make it worthwhile :(

Was a 3D printed item, perhaps still producing to order?

On a related note, watch out for bike thieves scoping out stairwells by pretending to deliver leaflets. There was a leafleteer this morning that we were rather suspicious of.

Indeed, we wondered about that. Not sure what the rules say on it. Obviously the posties still work (and seem busier than ever!).

Yup, Cole-Hamilton has tweeted stating that they are not allowed, unless delivered by Royal Mail.

Of course that hasn't stopped him from putting them through doors on non-delivery days.
