I have an ortlieb one litre seat post bag, I bought for a 200 mile 2 day London revolution cycle. Have never liked it as it always seemed to droop. The other day a person cycled past me and they had the same bag but it was not drooping. This has pushed me to return to the bag and finally work out a way of rolling it up that stops the droop. There is a little twist once it is rolled that I have added that makes it sit up. Mildly satisfying. Though of course had I spent this extra two minutes on rolling technique years back think how much happier I could have been. That's me all over, criticise for poor rolling technique.
