PEDAL and Kitchen Canny are organizing a fantastic five weeks of food heaven starting on Tuesday 11th January.

Each week this friendly and relaxed course will explore different aspect of our relationship with food and how we can eat in a way that tickles our taste buds and is good for the planet. This course is ideal for people who would like to be able to argue the case for sustainable food but don’t always feel confidence in the facts that back up their views.

We will be looking at things like:

The best things for you to grow at home

Tasty menus for each month of the year
Whether organic really is better for you and the planet
How you can banish over packaging from your shopping
The sessions are an hour long and will include a short talk from an expert, activities and discussion. Each week you will be given Kitchen Canny challenges to take home, which will help save your household up to £430 a year.

    Dates, Times and Booking

The sessions are on Tuesday evening from 7pm to 8pm on:

    11th, 18th and 25th Jan & 1st and 8th Feb

The cost of the course is £10 and you are encouraged to bring along something small to share each week, so we can be eating while we are talking about food!
