    The Council should forward all objections received to the planning application to the DPEA (bit of the Scottish Government that handles the administration of planning appeals), which will then be considered by the Reporter (makes decisions on behalf of Scottish Ministers in all but a handful of "recalled" planning appeals - which I reckon could happen in this case).

    You can send another submission directly to the DPEA, although it is unlikely to make any difference. More info:
