There was an ambulance parked with blue lights on at the Duddingston Park/Duddingston Road junction this morning, around 8:15. At the risk of spreading gossip, a neighbour told me a cyclist had been struck by a driver who had then driven off. They said there were several witnesses and the police now have a good description of the vehicle at least. No information on the condition of the cyclist, hoping they are OK.
