Anyone got any experience with a factor they can recommend ?
Existing factor (James Gibb) universally unpopular, 19 apartments. No one has any better suggestions at this point - hence the request.

My development uses Myreside Management. Haven't got any real complaints - though they will push for everyone to get a water leak detection/prevention system installed.

I think most people will be able to tell you which factors to avoid
Avoid like the plague Dunedin-canemore / Your-place / Lowther / Wheatley or whatever they choose to rebrand themselves as on a daily basis. Terrible company that don’t even bother answering emails
