The sentance for such road rage incidents should be financial responsibility for the upkeep of the road 50metres each side of ther incident, for a year. Pot holes, white lines, resurfacing, signage. That would make people think and might free some LA funds for other things.
If they care so much about their priority over that particular stretch of road, they should be made to look after its upkeep.
