Right up the inside of stationary cars leaving Grassmarket towards West Port. So riled was he by a young cyclist jumping the light. I spoke to the young guy later when he came in beside me at the lothian road crossing just after I had hallooed@Edinburgh 87, The cop told him it wasa fifty pound fine but then walked away. Very weird.
