    All the hills in the 15 miles from Tarbert to Hushinish beach on harris. Soaring hills to the right, amazing views, a cool castle/estate thing, minimal midge. Steep climbs with some awesome decents. Love it.

    The most perfect looking hills I've ever seen are in the range to the south of Kirknewton, on the road between Kelso and Wooler, especially Yeavering Bell. Pinkerton Hill seen from the top of Spott Loan is another favourite.

    I didn't have time to get too far into the Wolds when I was back in Lincolnshire the other week but I do quite like the way into Belchford from the direction of Hemingby. The way down from Fulletby to Low Toynton was a bit disappointing as the wind was in my face the whole way, overcoming the meagre gradient.
