    Out and about today
Heading back to station from Glasgow Uni, police car stops in asl, when challenged, their response was they were watching a prolific shop lifter. Leading by example! ! According to them, I needed to think out of the box, obviously not asl box. Anyway left it at that.

Then few minutes later trundling along Great Western Road, lady car driver decides(late signal) to go through me, luckily my cyclist whiskers had detected this manoeuvre in advance. So caught her eye as i passed her, gave her nice wave. Thought that was enough for one day.

But, whilst waiting at lights in West Nile Street a women starts seriously verbally attacking this man who had just cycled past her on the pavement, unfortunately for him he had stopped to lock his bike. Which left him available to attack.

Got the gist. Which was as he was passing her, he either swore at or knocked her. Think she was quite right, city centre pavement cycling is fraught with risk, to both cyclists and pedestrians, when the pavement is not designed for both. The common theme imo is lack of foresight and commonsense.
