To apply for an SMK Campaigner Award you need to complete and submit an application form (see below) by 1pm on Monday 18th June 2012 and send it to awards@smk.org.uk
To apply, you need to be:
a UK resident
working on a campaign based in the UK (although the focus can be global, national or local)
relatively new to the field of campaigning with potential to develop as a campaigner
over 18 years old (or aged between 14 and 18 for the Shout Out! Award, or 60 or over for the Take Action Award)
