  1. My mum worked at Fine Fare - but that was up in Aberdeen rather than here. I seem to remember a white, green and yellow colour scheme - and own brand crisps in either white or see-through packets that I used to dislike purely on the basis of that packaging...

    There was a Fine Fare in Dalry, it became the Gateway, which became the Somerfield. I think the white/green/yellow colour scheme was retained all the way through.

    Coopers became Coopers Fine Fare? THey were originally orange. Fine Fare became Gateway - they were defintely green and yellow. THe pub on Great Western Road in Glasgow - Chimmy Chungas was originally a Coopers FIne Fare - there used to be an engraving on the pavement outside. Feautures in Tutti Frutti.
