When's the housewarming?
... congratulations by the way
CityCyclingEdinburgh was launched on the 27th of October 2009 as "an experiment".
IT’S TRUE!
CCE is 16years old!
Well done to ALL posters
It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.
RULES No personal insults. No swearing.
When's the housewarming?
... congratulations by the way
Yay! :o)
Congratulations, how many bikerooms... err Bedrooms does it have? Good luck concluding, hopefully just a formality.
Yay, congrats Dave!
@davec - fingers crossed the rest of it goes smoothly...
Provisional handover is mid May, I turn 30 in May, could make for a decent combo event...
3 bed so enough room for offspring if things turn out that way. Tandem double garage (strictly not for car) should accommodate fleet :)
Wow Double Garage !! I'm jealous. If your moving yourself I'm able to lift heavy items and do some donkey work, but sadly I no longer have an estate car. If you're getting a firm in we used Fox and they were great.
I expect campaign to upgrade Donkey Lane to start soon.;-)
Good snow clearing opportunities out that way. Great news though!
Good news, did dave use all his good luck potion? (Was watching Harry potter and the half blood prince last night which has such a potion)
Yes, Jim Orr et al will shortly be getting a long break from my ramblings about the QBC.
Not sure what it will be instead. Speeding motorists on the Lanark Rd? The random burst pipe under Donkey Lane that has scoured it out?
If you move house except by CCE cargobike flashmob I shall be terribly disappointed.
CCE car, estate-car, van, HGV flashmob is acceptable for objects that defy velo-transposition.
If nothing else I'm thinking it's a prime opportunity to review a bunch of odd bikes (Bullit, 8 Freight, Morpheus with cargo deck perhaps, and so on) and contrast with the Carry Freedom trailer.
Since I already have a washing machine transported by bike, what else could I add to my collection? :D
50" tv ?
A piano would be very impressive!
We have one of the latter but I don't think it would be allowed anywhere near a bike (baby grand), and as it lives in Glasgow that would be quite an epic move!
